And finally £6310 is a significantly more than I was hoping to pay a few years ago. Rolex appears to be willing to swap for a diamond dial if a diamond dial was available on the original model. So, usually, you can exchange stick for stick, roman for roman, arab for arab in a different color. If you've got 'a guy' who can and will make a custom dial for you, then by all means, have the dial made to your specifications and have a watch repair person swap out what you've already got.
