Here is my (former) WG 1803 with non-lume cigarette hands, serial 1.1 million. I'm fairly certain these hands were original to the watch, and not replacement hands. Always baffled though, seen quite a number of DDs with *T Swiss T* dials and no lume used at all, neither on hands or lume plots. They've been dubbed as cigarette boat hands due to the resemblance to the infamous cocaine smuggling boats of the 1980s. They are very rare.
